Justin Edwards
Justin Edwards graduated from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas in 2011. In 2012, Justin began working in the Arkansas professional bail bond industry. After 12 years in the bail bond industry, writing tens of thousands of bonds, conducting thousands of apprehensions, Justin decided to take his intimate knowledge of the bail bond industry and apply it to the formation of a new monitoring company that provided participants with a cost effective option to their monitoring needs while simultaneously giving the surety’s and courts the highest degree of service by offering unparalleled transparency of the participants progress though the monitoring process.
Jimmy Moore
Jimmy Moore honorably served his country as a member of the United States Navy and as a Special Warfare Combat Crewman. He has been a Jailor, Court Security Officer, Reserve Officer for Independence County Arkansas, Probation Officer, Bailiff, and a DWI Court Coordinator. Working in all of these various jobs, Jimmy gained a unique understanding for the needs of both courts and law enforcement when it comes to monitoring participants in the legal justice system. It is this understanding that compelled Jimmy to work with Conco Monitoring Corp in its creation as a new kind of monitoring company.
At Conco Monitoring Corp, we proudly believe that every person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. However, for the overall safety of the general public, it is imperative that individuals are monitored throughout the court process.
Monitoring is not a one size fits all solution. Each monitoring program must be individualized for each participant. Coordination and cooperation with the courts and law enforcement are paramount for a monitoring program to be successful.
